C.Y. O’Connor Institute in Moora has a new group of 31 leadership students, who are not only working hard to improve their own career prospects, but also making a positive contribution to a variety of projects aimed at improving the Moora community.

The Certificate I and II in Leadership Development offers these students the opportunity to acquire knowledge of various industry areas, selected to align with occupations available in the local area, including Child Care, Teacher’s Assistant, Nursing and Photography.

In addition, the qualification also incorporates the life skills of Senior First Aid Training, Cultural Awareness, and the education skills of resume writing, interview skills and information on apprenticeships and traineeships.
