On Monday 16 May, C.Y. O’Connor Institute started classes in their $2.9 million state of the art Automotive Technology Skills Centre at the Northam campus.

The Skills Centre had been in planning for two years and was made possible with significant investment of State funds for the future of technology-based training in the Wheatbelt.

Managing Director of C.Y. O’Connor Institute, John Scott, is delighted that classes have now begun in the Centre and sees this as a historic day for the Institute.
